Unfortunately, the common wisdom that cranberry products prevent or cure UTI is wrong. Reliable research has shown no effect at all. If you like the taste of this or other cranberry juices, feel free -- but they are unlikely to make any difference in the frequency of UTI. If you believe you have a new UTI, tell your obstetrician and follow her advice. Best wishes for you and your growing family!

Self treatment -specially during pregnancy is wrong. If you think you have UTIs pl see your Ob-Gyn for treatment. It is OK to take the juice but water is cheaper and better. Hope you do well.
