Antibiotic: If it's truly a UTI and especially since you're male, you need antibiotics. No home remedy will cure it.

UTI: If you already have an UTI - antibiotics are usually required for treatment. Hydrate well with water. Ask your doctor if any of the following supplements would be safe for you: garlic extracts, bearberry leaf & D-Mannose. Probiotics can help too.
