If your having: symptoms of a UTI like burning with urination,frequency,urgency,hesitancy,then u may have a UTI.These infections are caused by bacteria and require proper antibiotics to cure.Cranberry juice might help prevent developing one,but will NOT treat or cure a UTI.C ur doc for proper diagnosis and treatment.Left untreated,some of these infections can develop into a life threatening kidney infection

BAD UTI: usually requires antibiotics. Unsweetened cranberry juice can decrease bacteria adhering to urinary tract. Wouldn't drink a sweetened fruit juice for UTI. Hydrate well with water.
