Unlikely: Probiotics are for preventative use and cranberry juice although a helpfull adjunct does not in itself get rid of and infection. Best to get checked to make sure it is a UTI then get appropriate antibiotic treatment.

UTI: Urinary tract infection (UTI) needs treatment with antibiotics or antiseptics. Any infection has a small probability of resolving over time without antimicrobias, however, you are taking a risk and you may develop complications. Since you are lucky to have access to antibiotics for a relatively simple infection, seek help from a physician in your area

Drinking lots of fluid can help clear an uncomplicated UTI. Studies using cranberry extract were not very encouraging. Getting a urine culture done for your symptomatic UTI is advisable while you drink excess quantities of water. Should your symptoms clear by the time the culture is back, a second culture could help define whether the infection has cleared. Best wishes.
