2weeks ago i had a gall bladder attack. surgeon ordered a pre-op ekg with abnormal st with possible digitalis. please explain this to me. thank you?

In this report the interpreter of the EKG is reporting nonspecific abnormalities in the ST-t segments and states tha such abnormalities can be caused by digitalis, if the person is taking that medication. This includes the more modern form,digoxin.

There were non specific changes on your ecg, usually a cardiologist will weigh in in trying to assess your risk for surgery. The ecg was part of the pre-op risk evaluation.
