Abnormal EKG: I would discuss findings with your PCP or Cardiologist. Also, mention any symptoms that you are having either at rest or with exertion. Symptoms include, (but not limited to) shortness of breath, smothering sensation when you lie flat, palpitaions, dizziness or feeling faint, chest pain, fatigue. This could represent a normal variant given your age. Sometimes the machine analysis is over/zealous.

Abnormal ekg: If you are digoxin at age 25 means you have an underlying heart problem. That itself might be the cause of the some of the abnormality but Digoxin does cause some abnormalities on the ekg, Have the digoxin level checked periodically and have the dose adjusted accordingly. Dt segment could be lowered with dig effect and from other causes also.
