It seems rot me you must have seen someone to know your liver is 18.7 cim. Look for other reasons for enlarged liver.

Stones in the gallbladder do not cause an enlarged liver. They can cause pain in the gallbladder itself, however, and they occasionally can cause jaundice if they get stuck in the bile duct. If you have a gallbladder stones, you should see your primary doctor or a surgeon. Good luck.
