I am tan skinned but my palms are red in colour (cnt recall since when) i thought red palms meant a good blood flow, after some self online search, found that red palms can indicate an underlying health problem like liver problem? ps/ i have pcos?

Yes, palmar erythema or redness has been described most typically in liver disorders among others. Have it examined by your doc at one of your regular follow ups, so that it can be discussed in proper context.
