An adrenal mass of that size is relatively common and we call it adrenal incidentaloma. If there is no other associated symptoms and signs by physical exam (high blood pressure, excess hair growth, etc.) or lab results (low potassium, high glucose, etc. ), no intervention is necessary. Your doctor may order another CT within this year just to make sure no change. Good luck.
