7 weeks ago i had a sexual contact with a woman (protected) but oral sex unprotected. did stds tests after 42 days and all were negative except hsv1/hsv-2 igg test. i have red bumps on my penis (goes and reappears after days). can be candidosis?

Most likely your positive HSV blood test has nothing to do with this sexual exposure. Ask a new question with the details of your positive HSV blood test (i.e. the numerical results). Half of all people test positive for HSV1; and most weakly positive HSV2 results are false. Herpes doesn't cause "red bumps" that come and go every few days. Yeast (candida) might be possible, esp. if uncircumcised.
