It could be that putting gluten back in your diet caused these symptoms. These symptoms might go away if you keep eating gluten. There does seem to be people who are sensitive to gluten even without actual celiac disease. Review these symptoms with your doctor. Good luck to you!

Unless you have had appropriate blood tests, including genetic screening, you cannot fully exclude Celiac Disease, especially if you suffer bloating, diarrhea, or abdominal pain, subsequent to ingestion of barley, wheat, or rye! If your symptoms continue, it would behoove you to see a gastroenterologist.
