I did skin test turned out i have too many sun damaged moles does this mean i will have skin cancer in future? how can i avoid it, if i dont expose to sun anymore does it help?

It is important to protect your skin from further sun exposure to decreases your risk of skin cancer. You should also see a dermatologist on a regular basis to examine your skin and remove any suspicious lesions.
