I got cheast pain when i laugh which i feel like a vein is blocked or something that really stabs me. what illness is this and what to do to clear it?

Muscle spasm: You likely have an intercostal muscle spasm that's causing the pain. At your age, there's nothing to worry about.

Vein Pain Chest: Unfortunately there is no way to tell you what illness this is based on your description alone. Chest pain is always a concerning symptoms, since it can sometimes be related to the heart or lungs and could be serious. Without running any tests there would be no way to know the cause.
