Spider angioma?: Without seeing a lesion, it's hard to say. If you have concerns see your doctor or dermatologist. At your age, most likely, it's something benign.

Probably not bad: One would need to examine this to be sure, but from the description this is most likely a small spider angioma. They cause no symptoms and can be treated by injection sclerotherapy. However, having a doctor look would be a good idea to be sure it isn't something else.

ALT elevated for a year are around 120, most recent it jumped to 200. All other blood work good, CBC, PT, and Hep. Notice in last few months alot of red veins on ribs, chest, and around eyes. Should I get a liver biopsy or run any hormone tests?
