: One time episode is not a cause of worry- probably from alcohol induced gastritis. But if it recurs you should see your doc. Best to avoid such episodes

Alcohols have different strengths and ingredients. You could be allergic to some ingredients, or didn't eat before drinking. If on certain medications, this could effect you. Next time be aware of these situations and analyze them before drinking. Do you always drink the same type of alcohol?
