My left hand/arm jumps really bad like a jolt goes through it when i pick something up with it or close my eyes to go to sleep. none of my neurologists will even try to diagnose it is there any way you guys could give me an idea for what this is?

If you have seen several neurologists who could not make a diagnosis with thorough exams and tests, it would be ridiculous for us to voice our opinion. Please request for a neurology referral to a tertiary, academic center if you have not. Good luck.

Movement disorders may be very difficult to treat and your current post is too limited to allow us to focus in on an accurate answer. You might discuss the possibility of myoclonic jerks, or focal seizures, but suspect that you will do best at a local medical school.
