25 y/f ive been having such bad pain in my left arm for a day, comes and goes sometimes sharp and dull when i flex wrist, not subsiding with meds. no other discomfort. could it be from sleeping on left side all night? or heart?

WRIST SPLINT: Temporarily, get and wear wrist splint. If from your nocturnal positioning, should depart over next 2-3 days, and splint will control symptoms. If persists, contact physician, and pin down further.
