That is a tough question to answer because it depends on so many things. In a perfectly hydrated person who is completely at rest, urine output should equal fluid intake. In reality, fluid requirements may be affected by temperature, exercise, illness, food intake, etc. Make sure you are drinking 2-3 liters of fluids daily and look at the color of your urine. Normal is light yellow.
