No, such slight time variability should not make a difference. Try to take it at a time that is most convenient for you with less chances of missing your daily doses.

The effect of your sertraline will not vary if you take it at varying times as described. Scheduling your medication at approximately the same time each day is an excellent technique to assure compliance and avoid missing your dose.
