No insurance until next month but need refills on sertraline, am having withdrawal, tried walk in clinic and couldn't prescribe it, what should i do?

Cash: May need to pay cash for a short term supply. Sertraline is generic and should not be terribly expensive.

Establish care: Due to the need for monitoring of that medication, the safest thing would be to establish care with a primary care physician or psychiatrist. It would be imprudent and unwise for a physician to prescribe that medication blindly without follow up, which is why it could not be prescribed in the walk in clinic.
