Fertisure M is advertised as a product to increase sperm motility but I do not believe it. By UPTODATE: In general, motility isn't an important factor in independently predicting the probability of natural pregnancy, unless a very high percentage of sperm in ejaculate are immotile. Men with a very high percentage of immotile sperm might still be treatable with intracytoplasmic sperm injection.
