The motility is ff. One semen exam does not reflect the current situation . These are sperms formed about 3 months ago as it takes that much time to come out, You should have 3 tests 3 months apart with a 3day absinence before each. In the mean time try sex durinf wife's fertile period and withdraw after first spurt as sperms are concentrated more in that potion. Good luck
