My husband has these bumps on his legs and one dr said they was hernias but they cause some pain what should be done or what could be done?

Uncertain: Hernias occur in the groin area, not the legs. He should see a general surgeon for hernia repair, if that is what he has. Alternatively, lumps on the legs could be lipomas instead. A surgeon could give their opinion on best treatment if hernia or lipoma.
