Don't bother going to the ER... they're not going to extract your teeth. You'll need to find a dentist to treat you.

No, dental issue is rarely an emergent situation except when a person has complication(s) after a dental procedure such as prolonged bleeding, etc. You have to see a general dentist first so please call for an ASAP appointment tomorrow. Good luck.

You are young and the fact that your teeth have been neglected and are decayed to the gumline does not necessarily mean that they can not be saved, and if they can be saved it would be so much better for you than extracting them and having dentures or implant supported bridgework. But the process is expensive. The emergency room is not the place to have the teeth removed. You need a dentist.

You need to contact a dentist for a full exam and x-rays to determine how many teeth need to be extracted and which ones can be restored. Delaying can cause infection and loss of more teeth. An ER. will give you medication and refer you to dentist or their own dental clinic if they have one.
