Call your dentist: After an extraction it is normal to have some discomfort and the socket will take several weeks to look normal , you need to see the dentist so he can see exactly what you mean by 4 red points, can tell over the internet.

Red spots: you had surgery. it's only been 6 days. You're still healing. But as you are concerned please go back to the Dentist that did the surgery for a follow-up visit.
