See a General Dentist to determine if you have food debris stuck between teeth, tarter, abscess, damaged gums, damaged tooth, or other cause that requires investigation. Although "lump" is not diagnostic, the cause should be evaluated. Then go see a specialist Orthodontist about closing the spaces between our teeth.

Spacing (diastemas) allow food and bacteria to get caught between your teeth, sometimes imbedding food or debris under the gumline. This irritation can result in gingival swelling. Your issues may be a result of periodontal problems if you are not seen 2x/yr for exams and cleanings. Call a dentist for an appointment.
