By my limited knowledge, the presence of esophageal polyp(s) does not indicate a colonoscopic screening so I can defer that there is no association. Take care.

Although there is not enough information here to tell what the esophageal nodule really was, there is no link between esophageal nodules and colon polyps. If you have further questions, contact the gastroenterologist who did the original biopsies. Good luck.
