The inner sides of my throat r slightly red. slight dry cough too. theres a small growth of bumps on the sides that havent gone away with no puss or anything they have always been painless for months. not sure if its related. could it be serious?

Your description may not be as valuable as a picture to be able to tell you what is in your mouth. There are options of seeing a clinician for proper look or you could look at pictures of mouth on the internet to see if what you are looking at may just be normal pharyngeal structures.
