I had sex (protected) & got monkeypox. that caused my hiv phobia to flare up (like what if the condom broke?). i took hiv rna pcr test (day 16) & tested neg. i took the 4th gen at day 29 & tested neg. can i stop worrying? am i in the clear?

You need to test at 6 weeks after the potential exposure. However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
