I've been waking up with blood in my mouth for awhile now but this morning my lips were covered in blood and i had a fair bit in my mouth i'm on my 3rd lot of antibiotics i'm wondering if i should go to hospital?

The blood may be coming from a number of different sources... you need to be examined to determine the cause. Only then can appropriate treatment be rendered. An urgent care facility may be a good place to start.
