How to proceed if even needed? deer tick on daughters neck.i got entire body out. not sure how long it was there.was still crawlingonce removed. shes 51 pounds age 6. doctor gave 1 dose of 100mg doxycycline. did that do the job ? any further steps?

If the tick was t attached/feeding for at least 24 hours there is minimal chance it could have passed the lime germ to her. I would discuss the issue with her doc.
