I had a surgery that required catheter during that surgery, they removed the catheter the day after it. i went to toilet to urinate it was painless but my urine stream is different its splitting top stream and bottom stream and forming helix shape?

This should only be a temporary result of some minor urethral injury and should resolve in a few days. Drink lots of fluids to ensure good urinary flow. Sit down when urinating to avoid problematic spraying in your toilet. Others using the toilet will be appreciative. Consult a urologist if splitting of urinary stream doesn't resolve.

It can be caused by some local irritation by the catheter and should clear up in 24-48 hrs
