Incredibly fatigued and lightheaded. exercise intolerance despite exercising for years. bp & heart rate lying down 98/64, 67. after 10 min standing 114/72, 90 despite being hydrated. can that increased heart on standing be causing my symptoms?

It is normal for your blood pressure to increase after standing. This would not cause you lightheadedness. You should see your doctor to find out what the problem is. To rule out a cardiac issue as the etiology, you should see a cardiologist for an evaluation. Best of luck to you!
