A member asked:

Heart rate in the 30s while asleep and resting between 40-57. bp usually 90-100/56-64. what could be causing this? symptoms include lightheaded, presyncope, fatigue, overheating?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get evaluated soon. I suspect you have developed a conduction defect in your hearts rhythm system. Rates that low are not normal & are potentially dangerous. See your doc before you don't wake up some morning.
