The negative test result is nearly conclusive but not quite. You also need an AgAb ("4th generation", "combo") test at 4-6 weeks. In the meantime, see a doctor about your symptoms. Good luck.

Help! I had unprotected vaginal sex with a now know HIV positive woman. I had RNA Quantitive test negative at 11 days and a 4th Gen Ab-Ag test negative at 23 days. Are these conclusive? Started showing ARS like symptoms 10 days after exposure?
