No, you would need to be bitten by the animals that had rabies itself. Sorry about your chickens, but there are no worries about getting rabies in this scenario. Good luck.

Birds don't get rabies. Only mammals get rabies. There is no rabies risk from your chickens even if a rabid animal bit them. Dead birds may harbor other common bacterial pathogens so I would dispose of them with that in mind.
