Hey there. i think i ate maggots :( i microwaved a piece of chicken and after i ate it i realized that it had tiny tiny maggots on it. dead from the microwave i assume. should i be worried?

Food safety: I agree with Dr. Singh that cooked maggots would be killed & serve as a source of protein. However, how old was that chicken? If one is eating old foods that are not properly refrigerated that can be the source of other food borne infections.
