Yes: If your dog gets rabies from contact with a rabid animal, he can transfer it to your daughter by licking or biting. Keep your dog away from wild animals that might be rabid

No: Your dog do not get infected by rabies virus by sniffing or eating dead animal. In addition, he has received rabies vaccines.
