I have never performed this surgery. The first thing with any type of fusion surgery is to see if the surgery was successful and that you have a bona fide fusion. Once that has been established then you have to consider soft tissue rehabilitation which takes a long time after that type of procedure also, your gate is going to be completely different And needs to be instructed by Physical Therapist
