I have inflammation in my stomach and intestines not serious though im confused on what i can and cannot eat i want to heal i dont want to die?

Eating a bland diet with soft food would help to decrease inflammation. Keeping yourself well hydrated would also be helpful. Avoiding certain medicines, like NSAIDS (ibuprofen), aspirin, steroids, would be helpful. Best of luck to you!

Stomach/intestine friendly foods include: oats, apples, bananas, papaya, spinach, fermented foods, salmon, yogurt, manuka honey, cottage cheese, brown rice, prunes, onions, chia seeds, bone broth and peppermint tea. Avoid fatty foods/ cooking with fats. Avoid red meats. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid sugar, processed foods/fast foods. Drink 2-2.5 liters of non caffeinated fluids. Take a daily probiotic.
