Biopsies of the stomach show mild chronic inflammation. some inflammation noted in the lower stomach that showed mild acute and chronic inflammation, reactive (chemical) gastropathy, and focal intestinal metaplasia. i dont take nsaids. treatment?

I would assume that your gastroenterologist would test and treat for h pylori presence in your stomach & institute the standard dietary measures and appropriate medication for chronic gastritis which would shut off & neutralize acid production in your stomach. I would assume you'll require prolonged treatment and careful follow-up with endoscopy. Abstain from alcohol and excess caffeine.
