My daughter has had a bump under her skin by her collarbone since around the time she was born but here recently it has gotten a little bigger and has turned a redish/purple color, what should i do?

This is likely a simple birthmark called a cavernous hemangioma. They enlarge from birth on and peak in relative size around a year, shrinking later. Bring it up at the next regular well check. Nothing about this sounds like a worrisome problem.
