You should see a rheumatologist to find out if you have an autoimmune disorder and then get treatment if you do. You may need further tests to diagnose the problem. Then proper treatment can be rendered. Good luck to you!

While there is clear suggestion for an autoimmune disease, work up should be expanded to include acute conditions that may be causing cough and tachycardia and autoimmune conditions other than lupus to be considered, best with the help of a rheumatologist as suggested by a previous answer.
