Incredibly fatigued. orthostatics:after sleep, lying heart rate was 59. after sitting for 10 min, it was 57. after 3 min of standing it was 63. is that a normal response? several days ago my heart rate went up over 30 points. now it barely moves?

Besides heart rate (HR), supine, sitting and standing blood pressure (BP) should be checked. The change in your HR is not consistent with POTS. However, if BP drops more than 10 mmHg on standing but HR does not change, orthostatic hypotension due to autonomic neuropathy is probably present. If your BP is stable during changing position, your extreme fatigue is not due to HR & BP. Take care.
