See a doctor.: I hate to inconvenience you since I am a patient too, but it's time to check in with a doctor again. The possibility is that this is nothing serious, but why not find out if you now have an over or under active thyroid or some other easily treated cause of your troubles? You could be anemic. It's worth a hands on evaluation.

Rule out: Assume heart exam a stress echo, then ok heart.These are typical symptoms of overexercise or overwork. Normal electrolytes and blood count? If all normal, then endocrine exam a common set of symptoms should be managed well by primary physician.
