I was prescribed 20 mg oxycodone ir and every pharmacy (20 or so) i've called says they do not have it. what are alternatives to this meds they will have and that my doctor can prescribe?

Sometimes 2 tabs of 10 mg are used, your prescriber will have to send in prescription for 10 mg tabs or similar opiates are used, such as morphine or hydromorphone for example, doses will be different based on conversion.
