For a diagnosis of pot syndrome does heart rate have to be sustained at the three minute mark after standing? also do you have to go from lying to sitting to standing or lying to standing to check for pots? keeping journal for my doctor?

From supine to standing position, tachycardia is persisted beyond 3 minutes. Good luck.
