If you had normal urethritis symptoms (discharge, discomfort or pain when urinating) and those have cleared up, your urethritis is cured. Urethritis doesn't cause bladder presssure, perineal tenderness, or tingling. Also persisting urethritis symptoms are not intermittent ("come and go"). This sounds like increased awareness psychologically. But see your doctor if you remain concerned.
