Seek evaluation.: Given that you had prior surgery in the area, and that you have a prosthetic, it is very important to get evaluated to make sure you don't have an infection. Any infections, especially if they involve a foreign body such as a penile implant, should be treated early and with the right antibiotic. If the infection progresses too far, the implant may need to be removed.
