How to differentiate normal rash vs syphilis rash?. i tested rpr negative at 8 week. and 10 week i got one rash in arm. i scared whether it's syphilis rash?

If a skin rash is due to syphilis, RPR is always positive. No exceptions. Something else is the cause of the rash.
